Put in ur room temperature butter and mix at medium speed, until creamy and soft. Then after two mins, add in sugar and mix until light and fluffy. At high speed, add the eggs one by one. Add flour,baking powder and a small amount of milk.Then on little speed, mix until the flour is gone
