  1. How long should I stir the stir fry when water it added to the veggies and chicken strip on skillet. And is a non-stick skillet a suggestion to buy in order to mix the foods correctly or any pan is fine?

  3. Omg, the chickpea recipe is amazing!!! As someone who has literally never cooked for themselves before, it came out and amazing and was sooo yummy! I was confused by all of the ingredients and only ended up using curry power, coriander, onion, tomato, chickpea, spinach & coconut milk, and it still tasted incredible! Thank you!

    God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins 😀 When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless y’all!!

  6. Hi, I'm doing great! I am 16 years old and I weigh 100 kg 😔. I did a diet and lost 5 kg in one month but things got worse in my life and I went from 80 kg to a whoppin 100 . Right now how ever, everything is going amazing! I'm runny for 1 hour daily and reduce my calories to around 800 calories after my excercise. I used to have around 3100 calories! Now I am eating brown carbs instead of refine and running. It feels great and I feel better about myself as I am losing pounds week by week. I know that I'm going to gain all the Weight that I lost ( I want to lose 30 kg) if I eat like I did before. I looked for health dinners and this video came first. I was hoping there was something that would make vegetables taste nice and this was amazing. Thank you for this recipe!
