How do I get exact measurements of these or any of your recipes? I am a HUGE fan of yours. I've watched all of your masterchef, masterchef junior, hells kitchen, hell on wheels and many you tube channels. Some of these more than once. I'm 66 years old and am building up my kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a set of great wusthof knives, and lots of spices/ pastes/ liquids. I'm trying to learn all I can about cooking. Everything is so expensive but im finally getting to where i need to be minus a mixer/ blenber/pressure cooker and more pans..I wish you'd do a masterchef senior show for home cooks over 55. Right now I'm just trying out all recipes I can get my hands on from you, the best chef ever. You probably won't even get to read this but it's worth a shot. I'm probably the world's best fan of yours. Thanks for all the time you take to do all the videos and TV shows. I know it's got to be extremely time consuming.
I’m very surprised You are using bad bad oil ( corn , vegetable oil , all processed oil are really unhealthy for you 🤮) you can fry in avocado or coconuts oil 👍
When food is being prepared with lots of enthusiasm all the good vibes gets cook as well and it throws all that positive energy into the dinner table up to your mouth and down into your gut. We just tried the buttermilk marinade it's awesome!
I always did and still do, consider G Ramsey a total and complete A hole, but damn that s o b can cook! Congrats d bag- like my grandma always said "everybody is good at sumpin'".
