There was also some little black things on top – raisins or currants? England has different words for the cream or mayaonaise that you poured on there than the US does. Thanks. Love your videos btw! No ginger in Thai or Cambodian curry paste. Use galangal. No soy sauce either it's usually shrimp paste fish sauce and palm sugar for seasoning.
