Excellent!
Fun fact. Once your depleted your brain of glucose (of course not entirely) and make it use a different source of nutrition it becones much more efficient.
Once your brain adapts to use Ketones instead of Glucose you will have a huge increase in memory functions, focus and steady alertness.
so no…. sugar is not the sole fuel for your brain… not even the best. just the easiest to get

am i too obcessed with Gossip Girl or is the voice in the video the actor Chace Crawford? Anyone?
Nonsense. Humans are herbivores. A plant-based diet is much better suited for us.
Stay from animal product or meat. That includes fish.
cartoons r sooo pretty….???
How about a long term eating saturated fats in the form of coconut oil which been proven to be healthy to the human brain??
thank you for a great advise, detailed explanation and funny animation! keep it up
Ugh i eat cheese
super helpful! You are what you eat!
Unscientific bla bla….
Nice video, but it missed out the important alternative brain fuel…ketone bodies. Glucose is one of 2 key fuel source, not the ONLY fuel source that can effectively power our brain…this distinction becomes relevant in our increasingly dementia burdened world.
Loved it! Thank you!
