  1. Fun fact. Once your depleted your brain of glucose (of course not entirely) and make it use a different source of nutrition it becones much more efficient.
    Once your brain adapts to use Ketones instead of Glucose you will have a huge increase in memory functions, focus and steady alertness.

    so no…. sugar is not the sole fuel for your brain… not even the best. just the easiest to get

  2. Nice video, but it missed out the important alternative brain fuel…ketone bodies. Glucose is one of 2 key fuel source, not the ONLY fuel source that can effectively power our brain…this distinction becomes relevant in our increasingly dementia burdened world.
