My Virgin Kitchen is a YouTube cooking channel created when I wanted to teach myself how to cook and create a video diary of the journey I have never had a professional lesson & am just your every day chap attempting recipes to inspire you guys to try too. My Wife Becky (aka Mrs Barry) now joins in on the channel too, we upload 2 recipe videos per week, but some fun is had too on Sunday when it is our Funday where anything goes….including giant foods, mini foods, taste testing foods sent from around the World, kitchen gadget testing and many more. Any requests for recipes / cool stuff you’ve seen let us know! I try my best to reply to as many comments as possible, but it is hard to as we are busy working on the next video, but please interact with eachother and be respectful 🙂 #barrylewis #kitchengadget #gadgets

  1. I wonder if you are getting spammed because you bought fake wagyu. If it says it comes from Japan, it's fake. They don't export. You have to get it from.. the US and maybe UK has their own cows?

  2. "No one ever trips on a banana skin like they do in the cartoons."
Well obviously it's because we all were peeling our bananas the wrong way, while the cartoon ones were always neatly peeled the way they're supposed to be!

  3. You can put meat that’s still in the package in hot water and it will defrost on one hour or bung it in the microwave for five minutes and it will defrost that fast

We do this all the time at my house and it works so well

  4. We have one if those defrosting things, we put two trays out to see if it worked, we did it a couple of times to check but it ended up defrosting thing 2-3 times as fadt

  5. Hi Barry, defrosting should always be done in a fridge not on a window ledge to avoid food poisoning, thought you would like to know. Hope you have a good week.
