Mark de la Vega founded DLV Designs, LLC. in 2009 as a full service custom design/build studio. Prior to launching DLV Designs, Mark gained experience in both furniture design and production from many notable firms in New York City, including Studio Sofield. Here, he designed and supervised hundreds of one-off custom pieces while rolling out three eponymous mass-market collections for Bill Sofield. In 2012, de la Vega launched DLV Collection at the ICFF, which was well-received by the industry and the public. Mark graduated with an Industrial Design degree from the Art Institute of Colorado furthering him in his creative endeavors.
