Contrary to what viewers saw of Matthew Modine’s villainous Dr. Brenner seemingly meeting his end at the end of ‘Stranger Things’ season 1, comments from the show’s directors, the Duffer brothers, and a new Instagram post from Modine seem to tell a different story. Modine’s comment alongside the pic; “More to be revealed, uncovered,” certainly hints that Brenner will return and Matt Duffer himself recently stated that there is definitely a possibility of the evil Doctor coming back.
