I love how you prep ingredients to be used throughout the whole week. We do that with rice, eggs and sometimes roasted vegetables but not with lots of ingredients to make meals. Your food looks delicious!

What a wonderful video! Many people will improve their health by using your methods. I would just like to add that when using the Vitamix, people may want to consider using ear plugs. They are extremely loud and it takes more than a few minutes to make a smooth nut butter.

Looks great but when rice is cook can’t stay for more than two days in the refrigerator because it will Generate bacteria; you will see the rice like is perfect but it bad for you

I just have a question. When you are using the ingredients, you didn't mention how to warm up the food. You serve it and eat cold?
