  2. For diets, you shouldn't go off how many calories and more how much fibre, vitamins and minerals as well as sugar and fat content in it. Full fat Coke has less calories than milk, but milk has calcium and helps bones and teeth grow whereas coke diminishes them.

  3. u make it seem like eating 200 calories is a bad thing. we’re supposed to eat 2,000 calories. as someone who has struggled with body image, and not going too extreme when im dieting, this video scares me.

  5. Oh come on. We r all free to eat and dont be shy my friends at class are fat and chubby but dey dont care about those calories cuz they know that day r free to eat. God did not made us to not eat pass dan 200 calories so shet the f up
