  1. How can you call it a cooking channel when you use store bought vegetable brought and pizza dough? It´s as simple as water, flour, salt and butter…

  2. Hi, Belgioioso carries a vegetarian parmesan.  Technically, it's not supposed to be called parmesan, but it is the same thing just not made with animal rennet.

  3. I'm not sure why people think eggs and cheese are not vegetarian. I am vegetarian and eat eggs and dairy. It is not vegan, but can be vegetarian if it is not made with animal rennet. The only problem is, it technically cannot be called Parmesan if it does not contain animal rennet, yet it still tastes like parmesan.

  4. Hi I don't use egg and any cheese that contains any stuff that comes from animals by killing them ( that includes leather as well )but I don't mind dairy products as long as it's gained ethically. So m I a vegan or vegetarian ? I always have to explain I don't eat eggs and certain cheeses but I don't mind dairy products ???????????? so confusing.????

  5. TFS… For the lasagna cheese mix, can the eggs be substituted with something else that's vegetarian? Would it be ok to totally omit the eggs? appreciate your help! Thanks!

  6. I find kinda funny How is easily misunderstood italian cuisine: antipasto literally meand "the food you have befote the real mea" so you eat it before pasta/soups, or before lasagna, wich is a full dish (even if vegeterian), and it's a really General word because it can be hot, cold, a salad (not everywhere owever) or even beef: In Piedimonte For example we have as Antipasto raw beeg guarnished with parmesan cheese, celery olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, usually antipasto is something you can eat also ad a second Course but in a really small portion. I Know, is kinda confusing. I love Your recipes and I find stupid who is offended by misunderstandig a big cuisine just Like the Italian one!
