  1. I love asparagus as well, but I found out that it's the almond tree of vegetable world and like almond trees, asparagus requires a ton of clean water which makes it unsustainable.

  5. I can’t do some of the foods on this list -milk, ice cream (although I love that and cheese, my body can’t handle it) and I’m not able to have kiwi cause it literally numbs my tongue like pineapple. I also am not a fan of deli meat. The rest, I have!

  6. Ground beef is a planet killer. The world cannot afford for more people eating more beef. Especially how it is raised in CAFOs. I’m going with the purple sweet potato and nutritional yeast, macadamia, avocado, olive oil, blueberries, yellow kiwi (I have just started eating with the skin). Limit my tuna to occasional Wild Planet because overfishing on our fragile oceans is a thing.

  7. Every morning i make 2 eggs and mix about 10 oz of ground beef in there adding half an avocado some days. 4am workout, work at 7, shake at 10, eggs with beef at 1pm, then dinner at 5pm. My dinner basically consists of every item listed here lol.
