  3. Just wanted to put up a big thank you for this video. Never had anyone around to teach me how to cook, so many of my kitchen endeavors ended badly, with under or overcooked food, fires and failures. Most recipes just seemed so confusing to me. That is until I tried your pork chop recipe here. Even the first time where I was making mistakes, burning myself and stressing out they turned out delicious, and with practice they've become my favorite thing to make. I really like them with mashed potatoes! It's been such a confidence booster and I've actually become quite excited and enthusiastic about learning new dishes whereas before I had no interest at all. Thank you so much.

  4. Why only crush the garlic though? Why not dice them fine so they disappear in whatever liquids draining from the meat? Same with thyme. Pick the leaves off and dice them small so they disappear in the sauce. Why isn’t this a good idea?

  5. I'm 14 and watching this and all of my friends make fun of me for watching your cooking videos, but honestly i enjoy learning how to cook. And i enjoy learning new recipes.

  6. sharpen your knife before every time you use it

    To stop your cutting board from slipping when you’re using it, place a wet cloth under it to keep it in the same place

    you can adjust the top of your salt or pepper shaker to grind up your pepper or salt thinner or more chunkier depending on how you want it

    crush your garlic with the side of your knife, then shake it up to peal off the shell quickly

    turkey is a meat with not a lot of fat so if you want to eat meat with not much fat, eat turkey

    save your turkey bones for things like broths

    make cuts or slices in the pork rhine so it doesn’t curl in the pan

    let your pork chop rest just as long as you cooked them to make sure it is good and moist

    make sure your chicken is a white colour when you buy it

    use a vegetable peeler to get thin slices of vegetables instead of using a shredder

  7. Anyone else get irritated by these chefs having 'basic' or 'simple' and 'easy' recipes and stuff and then they talk about 'fortified wine from Sicily'! Hey I'm just an average dude. This basically makes your stuff useless to me.

AND HAVE FUN WITH LINGERIN AROMA HE CREATED WITH HIS N. VEG DISHES .

  9. Pepper cutting was awesome! I basically cut it in half and take out the inside portion. Sugar in pepper, may be not for diabetics, then just water may caramelize onions or pepper?
