  1. Loving this!! This is why I think it is SO important for us to leave behind our family recipes! My, sadly, estranged family, still cannot make my Mom’s fudge! All they have to do is ask me!! And they are running out of time! I am 67, and a cancer patient… PLEASE, START WRITING OUT YOUR FAMILY RECIPES, NOW! Time, waits for no one… 🙏🏻😘😉

  2. Delicious meals! So elegantly explained and so professionally prepared. Bon apetit! Thanks for sharing! God bless you all.

  3. Well… for French people, these are not very Royal dishes… some are very common in France. I eat fish patty 3 or 4 times a month. Eclair cakes too… macarons etc. Very common, all the bakeries in France sell them. The cake with fingers (biscuits à la cuillère in French) and orange cream is a basic Charlotte with bavaroise, easy to make too… I have the mold, the fingers and the gelatin etc in my cupboard. I am very surprised that all the dishes they show are Royal. :/
