To be true, i am from Germany and never heard from eisbein. I hate sausage but not cheese sausage and kombacher taste disgusting for me. Try Oettinger , i swear it taste soo good😊😇😁

As german i have to say that the Eisbein looks horrible. No one would eat it like that here.
