My puppy was like this until he found his voice… now it’s very loud

Superbolt!!!!!! tbh at first it seemed like the dog was making the ‘bark’ the owner was making cause I’m not used to seeing a dog bark without noise lol.

Cute but if you have a dog that doesn’t bark don’t teach it to bark. Your ears will thank you later.

What I really find interesting is that the noises being made to encourage the dog to bark have a north-American accent

Okay, so what rare disease/disorder is causing this?
One of my dogs does this, barks without barking. We call it “smiling” and it’s her one “trick” when treat time rolls around. My other dogs know “spin” and “don’t bite me” as their tricks.
Could you teach my neighbor’s annoying yap-machine to do this instead?

sometimes my pup only does the bite-bark. I’ve been trying to teach him to only bark like that, but he doesn’t seem to know which way he’s doing it at any given time.
