What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to customer questions. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $280 per day Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
