Can anyone please help me..I was much worried of my 2.75 year old daughter who didn't eat anything now a days.Before two months she used to eat Dosa ,sattu maavu, egg and two tsp rice…But now she s not eating anything… I even dewormed her..what can I do..pls if anyone has experienced and overcome tis situation for ur little one pls suggest me some remedies..
