The theme of Stockholm Design Talks this year is Moving Forward; looking at the need for the furniture and design industry to look to the future, as the industry emerges from a tough financial period. The theme includes the local Scandinavian perspective side by side with an international outlook and a forward-looking approach. The program will feature three focus areas clearly linked to the overall theme Moving Forward and headed by three top names. Hospitality Design is led by Guy Dittrich, specialist in hotels and design, with a wealth of articles under his belt for publications including Wallpaper. Design Pays? is headed by Mark Isitt winner of the Spot City prize in 2008 for his articles on urban planning and segregation.
