My Scrambled Eggs always turn out light and fluffy,i add the salt before i cook it,no problems with it breaking down like he says,each to their own i guess.
heavy cream with egg, med heat, lid on, flip once, ~10 minutes= fluffy eggs.

1. He burnt his toast.
2. The tomatoes are over cooked….if you bite into them they will be steamy hot.
