Dry Fruit Madhuram

Recipe
Sugar Syrup
Take a Pan and add
160 gm – Sugar
1/3 Cup – Water
Make a 1 String Consistency then
Switch off the flame then add
100 gm – Almond Powder
100 gm – Cashew Powder
Mix Properly , again Cook little
Put into Silicon Mat , Spread all over let cool little and knead With Silicon Mat
Roll Rectangle

Take a Aluminium Tray and Grease With Ghee
Put above Roll in the Tray

Take a Pan and add
1 Cup – Dry Fruits ( Mix )
Roast Littleband Remove in Plate

Take a Pan and add
1+1/2 tbsp – Liquid Glucose
Pinch – Soaked Saffron +:Saffron Colour
Mix it add
Little Water
Switch off the flame and add Dry fruits Roasted
Mix Properly
1/2 tsp – Cardamom Powder
Mix Properly

Now in Cashew Tray Apply Little Water
And Put Above Dry Fruits Mixture , Spread Above , Pit Some Pistachio Flakes , Let Cool Completely For 7-8 Hours then Make a Pieces
Serve
