In this video Chef Devaux shows how to prepare a sushi dinner party for many guests.
The key is to make one amazing sushi roll and many filler sushi rolls that look different but are the same roll just decorated differently, this way it becomes much more manageable to cook sushi for many guests and you waste much less food in the process.
