  4. I also added the juice of one orange to the marinade and all the juice from the lemon. It came out amazing and now is one of our favorites. I made it as fajitas and today just making it as chicken with Spanish rice and Mexican corn on the cob (elotes). To the marinade I did the orange and lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, adobo seasoning, and one packet of fajita seasoning. It’s amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
