The street food in Jodhpur is a perfect example of Rajasthani Food Culture.
It’s unadulterated, rich aromatic and full of flavour.

Unlike other indian street food places, Jodhpur Street Food is grounded and true to its roots.

This video showcases the traditional Street Food of Jodhpur.

If one happens to visit Jodhpur, this is the best Street Food to try !

So here is what I had :-

1) MOONG DAL KACHORI –
Desi ghee kachori stuffed with lentils and freshly grounded indian spices.

2) DAHI GUNJA –
Dahi vada stuffed with ginger & cashews then topped with creamy yogurt, sev, fried palak patta, tamarind and coriander chutney.

3) SAMOSA –
Crispy samosa stuffed with tangy mashed potatoes and cashews.

Lassi made with hung curd and saffron, topped with white butter.

5) KABULI –
Rice pulav made with paneer, gatte, vegetables and dry fruits. Similar to a biryani but still very different.
