Food and knives! Love your recipes and many have been the centerpiece of lots of "asados" here at home. Audio guy? Seriously? Definitely you're not one. I'll stay with the 'burgers… you stay away from those immensely crappy (and expensive) earbuds, even when they pay you to do this. No one with a sense of musicality would ever want to buy these things, exception made if you listen to Banda "music".

Also need to lay the bun on the burgers while cooking in order to soften and steam the bun, too many toppings as well.
Need to be thinner and feather those edges for more of a crisp texture.
